I’m afraid of my urine

The bar exam is 19 days away and studying is tough, but I’m working on it. Clearly, I’m going to need all the help I can get and in that regard I have been taking ginkgo biloba all summer. Don’t ask if it works until after I’ve gotten my exam results.

With the exam closing in I decided it was time to ramp it up and I’ve added a B-Complex Vitamin to the mix. It purports to help mental and physical energy. These vitamins are friggin huge. Also included (for extra money, I’m certain) is Vitamin C and some more ginkgo biloba. Again, if you want to know how they work check back in September.

The B-complex vitamin has had one immediate effect, however, that anyone else who has taken a B-complex vitamin is sure to know about. My pee has turned the brightest neon yellow color ever. It could easily pass for Mello Yello™ or radioactive waste. In a pinch I don’t think I’d need a flashlight to light the way.

Just now I decided to Google: Bright Yellow Liquid. I’m quite disturbed. Thank you internet for making me aware that not only is there bright yellow bacteria, bright yellow vomit, and bright yellow liquid diarrhea but my favorite: “breasts leaking bright yellow and clear liquid.” Pregnancy sounds fun.

So I would like to post more leading up to the exam but I’m going to be too busy monitoring the shade of yellow of my urine. Shame that it’s summertime, this color would look amazing on some freshly fallen snow.

In the meantime, I have gotten a Twitter account, so you can stalk me there when I’m not blogging. Then someone told me that all the cool kids were on this better service called Plurk, so I got one of those accounts too. It’s a bit like MySpace & Facebook where Plurk, with some development and attention, could put Twitter to shame. Plus, it’s got Karma and you have “Friends” and “Fans” instead of “Following” and “Followers.” Oh, and did I mention it’s Canadian? I’m not very good at “tweeting” or “plurking” but that may change.

Well, I think that’ll do it for now. If I need a break or have something important to share I will break from studying and post. Otherwise, expect to see me posting again more frequently (hopefully) after September 30. Keep it real.
